Following recommended guidelines put in place by the FDA to help eradicate the PPE shortage issue, we would like to state that the intended use of ProKnee’s COVID-19 Polycarbonate Face Shield with Poly Woven Elastic Straps & Smartlock® Plastic Buckle is serving a medical purpose for the duration of the public health emergency/ COVID-19. This product is not designed to provide an anti-viral or anti-microbial barrier. It serves as a splash guard/ liquid barrier for added protection in addition to face mask usage.
Return Policy:
Due to the intended use of serving as a medical device during COVID-19 to serve as a splash guard/liquid barrier, returns will only be processed for products which are in their original packaging. This includes the vacuum sealed plastic which holds the shield. Returns will be honored for 30 days from the date of the invoice. Shipping and Handling is the responsibility of the purchaser and a $5.00 processing fee will be withheld from the refund. Independence Floor Supply has the right to determine if an item has been received in good order according to the return policy. Items may be returned to 4 Warren Ave Suite 1. Westbrook, ME 04092.
