Q. Can ProKnee Kneepads be rebuilt?
A. Yes. As long as the frame is in good condition (no breaks or cracks), ALL models of kneepads can be rebuilt either at the factory or by purchasing a Complete Rebuild Kit. Be aware that all models have different fitting parts, so if ordering the kits, make sure you know which model kneepads you need to rebuild and refer to the model when ordering.

Please Note: Original Model Kneepads sent to the Repair Facility will be converted to Model 07 specs. The factory DOES NOT rebuild with Original Model parts. If you do not want your kneepads converted, you must order an Original Complete Rebuild Kit and rebuild your kneepads yourself.

To Rebuild Original Model Kneepads (with SNAP ON parts):

1. REBUILD YOURSELF: If you prefer the Original Model style, you can keep it! Order an Original Model Complete Rebuild Kit. We will ship out a kit to you, and you rebuild the kneepads yourself.

PLEASE CALL 877 776 5633 to obtain a Return Authorization Number that you will need to write on the outside of the shipping box before sending them in.

To Rebuild Model 07 Kneepads (with SCREW ON parts):

1. REBUILD YOURSELF: Order a Model 07 Complete Rebuild Kit – The foam is size specific, so we need to know what foam thickness and size kneepad you are rebuilding. (See “What Size Do I Have” if you need help determining what size your kneepads are).

To Rebuild Model 0714 or 0714E Kneepads (with SCREW ON parts – purchased after May 2014):

1. REBUILD YOURSELF: Order a Model 0714 or 0714E Complete Rebuild Kit – The foam is size specific, so we need to know what foam thickness and size kneepad you are rebuilding. (See “What Size Do I Have” if you need help determining what size your kneepads are). We also need to know if you have Standard or Wide kneepads, as the No Wrinkle Liners and Foam Inserts are different for each model.

To Rebuild AP16 Kneepads:

1. REBUILD YOURSELF: Order an AP16 Complete Rebuild Kit. We only need to know what foam thickness you would like.

Q. When I rebuild my kneepads, can I change the Foam Insert thickness?
A. Yes. No matter what foam thickness you originally purchased, when you order a Complete Rebuild Kit or send in your kneepads for a Factory Rebuild, you may order whichever foam thickness you would like now.

Q. I already have a pair of kneepads and need to know what size they are. Is there a way to find out?
A. Yes. However, the method to use varies depending on which model of kneepads you have. See Which Model Do I Have?

Q. Can Original Model or Model 07 Kneepads be upgraded or rebuilt to the new Model 0714 or Model 0714E specs?
A. No. Unfortunately, the frame components are different on the new models so the Model 07 or Original Model can not be changed over.
